British Airways Concorde Room (T5)
Accessible with BA First or BA Gold status
The Concorde Room is the finest lounge experience at any UK airport and is accessible only to BA First Class passengers and eligible BA Gold cardholders. The à la carte restaurant within the lounge is Michelin-comparable in quality; the champagne selection is outstanding; the Elemis Spa treatment rooms must be booked in advance.
The in-lounge restaurant serves a full à la carte menu until final boarding — arguably better than many London restaurants.
